We do not follow a fixed academic calendar. New cohorts open throughout the year, so you rarely have to wait long to begin, and most programmes run in more than one rhythm: evening sessions after work, weekend sessions, or daytime classes for those who can study during the week.
You also choose how you learn. Join a class in person at our centre in Damascus, Mazzeh Western Villas, take the same course live online with an instructor teaching in real time, or, for organisations, book a private cohort for your team on dates that suit your operations. Self-paced courses and the Alalamia Unlimited subscription can begin whenever you are ready.

Start dates and fees, confirmed within one working day
Start dates depend on the format and the group, and fees depend on the programme, its level and its duration, so we confirm both directly rather than publish figures that may change. Send us a message and, within one working day, we will reply on WhatsApp or by email with the next start dates for your programme and its current fee.
Every fee comes as a written quote in US dollars. The course fee covers your training and materials. If your programme leads to an international exam, the exam fee is separate and is paid to the exam provider; we tell you the current amount and how booking works, so there are no surprises.

How to reserve your seat
Seats in each cohort are limited, and your place is held once two things are in place: your completed registration form and your first payment or agreed instalment. We confirm your enrolment in writing and give you a receipt for every payment made to our office.
If you would like to pay in instalments, we agree the schedule with you in writing before you start. For organisations, typical terms are 70% on confirmation and 30% on delivery. We recommend getting in touch at least a week before a cohort begins, as popular programmes fill quickly.

Join the waiting list
If no date has been set yet for the programme you want, or the next cohort does not suit your schedule, ask us to add you to the waiting list. It is free and carries no obligation: we simply note the programme, your preferred format and days, and the best way to reach you.
As soon as a cohort is confirmed, we contact you on WhatsApp or by email with the start date and a written quote, and you decide whether to reserve a seat. We keep your waiting-list details for up to 12 months, use them only to tell you about the programme you asked for, and remove them whenever you ask.
Private intakes for teams
Training a group? We can open a private cohort for your organisation, in person at our centre, at your premises or live online, scheduled around your working week. Tell us the programme, the number of people and the period you have in mind, and we will send a written proposal and quote in US dollars.

Rather than publish figures that may already be out of date, we confirm the next start date and the current fee for your programme directly, in writing, within one working day.
Within one working day we reply on WhatsApp or by email with the upcoming start dates, the formats available and a written quote in US dollars. Nothing is reserved or charged at this stage: your seat is held only once you complete the registration form and make your first payment or agreed instalment.
No. The waiting list is free and carries no obligation. We let you know when a cohort is confirmed, and you decide then whether to reserve a seat. You can ask us to remove your details at any time.
Tell us anyway. We can add you to the waiting list and open a cohort once there is enough interest, suggest a live online class, or arrange a private cohort if you are enrolling as a team. For many subjects, a self-paced course also lets you start straight away.
