Clear policies, agreed before you pay
Everything that affects your fee, your seat and your certificate, written in plain words. Read the short summaries below, then open any policy for the full detail.
Refunds and cancellations
What happens to your fee if you cancel, and what we do if we ever have to cancel or change a course. The earlier you tell us, the more of your course fee comes back, and if we cancel a course, you choose between a full refund of the course fees you have paid us and a place on another date.
Read →Transfers and deferrals
Need a later start, a different format or another course? Tell us early and, where a place is available, we move your enrolment and the fees you have paid with it, within the notice periods and limits set out in the policy.
Read →Course retakes and exam resits
If you miss part of a course or want to go over it again, you can rejoin sessions in a later cohort on the terms set out in the policy. If an exam does not go your way, resits follow the awarding body's own rules and fees, and we help you plan focused revision before you rebook.
Read →Exam rescheduling and no-shows
Exam appointments at our testing centre follow the rules of the exam provider, such as Pearson VUE or Prometric. Rescheduling or cancelling before the provider's deadline usually protects your exam fee, while late changes and no-shows are normally charged under the provider's rules, so contact us the moment your plans change.
Read →Attendance and certificates
To receive an Alalamia certificate or Alalamia diploma, you complete the course, meet its attendance requirement and pass any assessment it includes. International certifications are awarded only by the awarding body itself, after you pass its official exam.
Read →Code of conduct
The standards that keep our classrooms, online sessions and testing centre respectful, safe and honest for everyone. It covers how we treat one another, the honest use of course materials and the strict rules of the exam room.
Read →Complaints and feedback
If something is not right, tell us and we will put it right wherever we can. The policy explains how to raise a concern, who looks into it and when you can expect our written reply.
Read →Accessibility and exam accommodations
If a disability, health condition or other need affects how you learn or sit an exam, let us know early. We make reasonable adjustments in our own classes, and we help you request testing accommodations from the exam provider, which decides on them and usually needs time to approve them.
Read →Fees and payment
Quotes are written in US dollars, the course fee covers your training and materials, and exam fees are separate and paid to the exam provider. You pay our office directly and receive a receipt every time, instalments are possible when agreed in writing, and organisations typically pay 70% on confirmation and 30% on delivery.
Read →Privacy policy
What information we ask for, why we need it and how we keep it safe. We never sell your details, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete them at any time.
Read →Terms of use and enrolment
The terms that apply when you use this website and when you enrol with us, including what a course description can and cannot promise. They are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.
Read →Questions and answers
The version published on this website on the day your enrolment is confirmed applies to that enrolment, unless we agree a change with you in writing. If we later update a policy in a way that is better for you, you are welcome to rely on the newer version.
Yes, as the starting point. Where an organisation has a written proposal or agreement with us, the terms of that agreement take precedence, and anything it does not cover follows these policies.
Talk to us. Call or message us on WhatsApp at +963 991 099 555, or email info@alalamia-sy.com, and explain what has happened. We will look at your case fairly and confirm the outcome in writing. Unexpected events such as illness or a family emergency are always considered with care.
Let's plan your next step together.
Tell us the course or certification you have in mind and we'll send the outline, upcoming dates, fees and private-team options.
