Alalamia Diploma in Project Management (Predictive and Agile)

A professional-level programme that equips you to lead projects whichever way they need to be run. It combines the discipline of predictive planning with the flexibility of Agile and Scrum, then looks at how organisations govern projects through a PMO and how AI tools are changing everyday project work. How the diploma runs

Offered in evening or weekend cohorts in Damascus, as live online classes, or privately for an organisation's project teams. The programme runs over roughly 12 to 14 weeks and ends with a capstone in which participants produce a full project plan, run a short Scrum simulation and present a PMO proposal for assessment, followed by focused exam revision.
