Before you enrol
The best course is the one that fits your goal. Our advisors will talk through where you are now, where you want to be and how much time you can give, then suggest the certification or course that makes sense. If a different path suits you better, we will tell you.
You can also try our free readiness checks to see whether you are ready for a course or need a foundation step first, and use the Find Your Path tool to explore options by role and interest. Training is open to everyone. If your goal includes sitting an exam, you can sit many international exams at our Authorised Test Centre for Pearson VUE and Prometric in Mazzeh, and we confirm the exact exam before you book.

During the course
Your trainer will help you build a study plan that works around your job and other commitments, so you keep moving steadily towards the exam.
As the course progresses, we run exam-readiness reviews and practice exams so you can see your strengths and the areas that still need work. You need at least 80% attendance to receive your Alalamia certificate, which we issue within 10 working days of the course ending.

After the course
Once you are certified, we help you present your achievement clearly. We offer guidance on your CV and LinkedIn profile, including how to list each certification correctly with its issuer, date and verification link, so employers can confirm it in seconds.
We also help you prepare for interviews, from explaining your new skills in plain language to answering the technical questions that often follow a certification. If you need more practice before the exam, you may re-attend the same course once free of charge, seat permitting, if you attended at least 80%, sat the exam within 3 months of finishing and rejoin within 6 months.

Keeping your certification current
Many certifications must be renewed or need continuing-education activity to stay valid. With your permission, we send renewal reminders well before your certification is due, and we offer continuing-education courses that help you keep your knowledge up to date. The renewal rules themselves are set by each awarding body, so always check its current requirements.

Questions and answers
No, and we will never promise one. We help you choose the right certification, prepare well and present yourself clearly, and with your consent we can share your CV with employers who ask us. The job search and any offer are yours.
Yes. Advice before you enrol, the readiness checks and the Find Your Path tool are free for everyone. Study plans, readiness reviews, practice exams and CV, LinkedIn and interview guidance are part of your course.
We only share your CV with an employer if you have agreed to it. You can ask us at any time to stop sharing your details by writing to info@alalamia-sy.com.
Talk to your trainer, who will review your result with you and adjust your study plan. If you attended at least 80%, sat the exam within 3 months of finishing and rejoin within 6 months, you may re-attend the course once free of charge, seat permitting. Exam fees are separate and paid to the exam provider.
