Who it is for

Risk, compliance and internal audit staff, finance and banking professionals, project managers and senior managers who are responsible for identifying, managing or giving assurance on risk.

What you receive: Alalamia Diploma in Risk Management, awarded on completing every course and the final risk assessment project. The programme also prepares you for the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) exam; exam fees are separate and paid directly to the exam provider.

  • Design and run an enterprise risk management process aligned with organisational objectives
  • Identify and assess strategic, operational, financial and compliance risks
  • Evaluate internal controls and recommend practical improvements
  • Plan and manage risk responses within projects and programmes
  • Report on risk clearly to management and boards and support risk-based assurance

How the diploma runs

Run as evening or weekend cohorts at our centre in Damascus, as live online classes, or privately for a team. Most cohorts complete the diploma in roughly 12 weeks. Workshops use realistic cases and practice questions, and the diploma closes with a risk assessment and control review for a real or case organisation, reviewed by your trainer, followed by exam preparation.
