Share what you know with people ready to grow
If you do the work every day and hold current certifications, our learners want to learn from you. Teach in person in Damascus, live online or at client sites, on a schedule that fits around your professional life.
Who we look for
Our learners come to us to build skills they can use at work the next morning. That is why we look for trainers who are practitioners first: people who have solved real problems in their field and can explain how they did it.
We value current, verifiable certifications, solid hands-on experience and the patience to help adults learn. Previous training experience is welcome, but it is not essential if you can show that you explain things clearly.
- IT infrastructure, networking and systems administration
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud platforms
- Data, analytics and AI
- Project management and agile practice
- Human resources and people management
- Finance, accounting and banking
- Languages and test preparation
What our trainers do
Trainers deliver courses in Arabic, using English course materials, so that learners understand the concepts fully and are comfortable with the English terms they will meet in exams and at work.
Courses run in person at our centre in Mazzeh Western Villas, as live online classes, or on site for organisations. Many courses lead to an international certification, so a large part of the role is preparing learners for the exam: working through the published objectives, setting practice tasks and giving honest feedback on readiness.
- Deliver structured courses in Arabic with English materials
- Teach in person in Damascus, live online or at client sites
- Prepare learners for certification exams with practice and readiness reviews
- Share practical examples from your own work
- Give learners clear, constructive feedback
What we offer
We plan schedules around the people who teach with us. Most of our classes run in the evenings and at weekends, so many of our trainers combine teaching with a full-time role.
You will work in a professional, well-organised environment with a team that handles enrolment, scheduling and learner support, so you can focus on teaching. Above all, you will teach motivated learners who have chosen to invest in their own development. Terms are agreed individually and in writing.
- Flexible evening and weekend schedules
- A professional environment with administrative support
- Motivated learners who want to grow
- A choice of in-person, online and on-site delivery
