How Pricing Works
Every course is different. A short introductory course and a longer certification programme naturally carry different fees, and a group programme for an organisation is shaped around its own scope. That is why we do not publish a single price list.
Instead, we prepare a written quote in US dollars for the course or programme you are interested in. It sets out what is included and how payment will work, so you can review it calmly, compare options and decide with confidence. Asking for a quote is free and places you under no obligation.
For groups and early registration, more favourable terms are sometimes possible. If either applies to you, mention it when you ask for your quote and we will tell you what we can offer.
What Is Included
Your course fee covers your training and the course materials. Anything else is stated separately in your quote, so you always know what sits inside the fee and what does not.
Certification exam fees are not part of the course fee. They are set by the exam provider and paid to the exam provider. We are happy to explain the exam route for your certification, and many exams can be sat at our Authorised Test Centre for Pearson VUE and Prometric in Mazzeh; our exam booking page lists the exams we deliver.

Instalments
We would rather you start learning than wait until you can pay everything at once. Instalments are possible for many of our courses, spreading the fee over an agreed schedule.
The exact arrangement depends on the course and its length. We agree it with you in writing before you begin, so the amounts and the schedule are clear to both sides from the first day.
Paying as an Individual
Payment is settled with our office in Damascus, Mazzeh Western Villas, when you register. Your place is confirmed once your registration form is complete and we have received your first payment or your first agreed instalment.

Paying as an Organisation
For companies and institutions, we prepare a written proposal and quote in US dollars that covers the full scope of the programme. Our usual terms are 70% on confirmation of the programme and 30% on delivery.
Every engagement is properly invoiced, so your finance team has clean records. If your procurement process needs a particular format or schedule, tell us early and we will work with you to agree terms in writing before training begins.
Receipts and Invoices
Every payment you make with us is documented with a receipt, without exception. Keep it safe: it is your record of payment and is often exactly what an employer needs if they are reimbursing your training.
Organisations receive proper invoices for each stage of payment. If you need a document reissued or addressed to a different name or department, just ask.
Currency
Our quotes are written in US dollars for clarity and consistency. If you would like to pay in local currency, the arrangement is confirmed with you at enrolment.
Syria moved to a new pound on 1 January 2026, with 100 old pounds equal to 1 new pound. Any figure we quote in Syrian pounds is in new pounds.
