Overview

About this course

Knowing a subject well is not the same as teaching it well. This five-day Training of Trainers course gives you the practical skills to turn your expertise into sessions that people learn from: how adults learn, how to set objectives, and how to design, deliver and assess a session.

The course is hands-on. You plan and deliver your own short session to the group and receive detailed feedback from peers and the trainer. Participants who complete the course and the practical delivery receive an Alalamia certificate.
