Overview

About this course

Managers want to know what training has changed, and what it has been worth. This three-day course gives you a practical way to answer, moving through the levels of evaluation from participant reaction and learning to behaviour on the job and business results.

You design evaluation tools, learn how to support and measure transfer of learning, and practise isolating the effect of training and calculating its return. You leave with an evaluation plan for one of your own programmes and an Alalamia certificate.
