Training Needs Analysis

Training works best when it answers a real need.

Overview

About this course

Training works best when it answers a real need. In three days you learn to find those needs at organisational, role and individual levels, using interviews, surveys, observation and performance data, and to tell apart the problems training can fix from those it cannot.

We show how findings from our Organizational Health Assessment (OHA) can feed directly into your analysis. You finish by turning priority needs into a practical training plan and a short report for management, and receive an Alalamia certificate.
