Instructional Design for Workplace Learning
Good training starts long before the first session.
About this course
Good training starts long before the first session. This four-day course shows you how to design workplace learning systematically: analysing learners and tasks, writing objectives, structuring content and producing materials that trainers and learners can use with ease.
You also learn to design blended programmes that mix classroom, live online and self-paced learning. Throughout the course you build a design document for a real course from your own organisation, and you leave with an Alalamia certificate.
