Overview

About this course

A calm, well-organised classroom is where learning happens. In three days you learn practical ways to set routines and expectations, build positive relationships and keep learners engaged, so that most disruption never starts.

We also cover how to respond to behaviour calmly and fairly, from low-level disruption to more serious incidents, and how to work with colleagues and families. Through case studies and role play you build your own classroom management plan, and you receive an Alalamia certificate.
