Designing Performance Appraisal Systems and KPIs
A good appraisal system tells people clearly what is expected of them and how they are doing.
About this course
A good appraisal system tells people clearly what is expected of them and how they are doing. Over four days you design one from the ground up: choosing appraisal methods, cascading goals into individual objectives, writing measurable KPIs and building fair rating and calibration steps.
You also practise the feedback conversations that make appraisal useful, and learn to link results to development and reward. You leave with templates and a draft KPI set for roles in your own organisation, plus an Alalamia certificate.
