Plan and build a CMDB that people trust. Over three days you will understand what the CMDB provides, plan a successful deployment, configure and implement it with best practices and keep its data healthy.

• Explain how the CI Class Manager provides a centralized place to create and edit CI classes

• Ingest data into the CMDB using ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, third-party discovery tools, and IntegrationHub ETL

• Identify and manage duplicate CIs in the CMDB
• Create complex queries on CMDB data using Query Builder
