What our Prometric centre offers
Prometric delivers professional exams for awarding bodies in finance, accounting, human resources and many other fields. As an Authorised Test Centre for Pearson VUE and Prometric, Alalamia delivers those exams at our centre in Mazzeh Western Villas, under the same international security rules as any test centre worldwide. Every candidate sits at a secure, individually proctored workstation, and the result is recorded directly with the awarding body.
The centre is open to everyone: our learners, self-taught candidates, university students and staff sent by employers. You choose whether to prepare with us, on your own or through your employer.
Exams we deliver through Prometric

How to book a Prometric exam
With most Prometric programmes you register with the awarding body first and then schedule your appointment. We guide you through both steps.
- Register with the awarding body, such as IMA, ACFE or SHRM, and complete any approval it requires. SHRM may ask some applicants to complete an extra screening step, and we help you with it.
- Use your name exactly as it appears on your ID, in Latin letters, on every account.
- Send us your exam and preferred dates, and we will confirm them before you book or pay.
- Pay the exam fee, which is set by the awarding body and paid separately from any course fee.
- Schedule your appointment and keep your confirmation. Rescheduling and cancellation follow Prometric's rules and deadlines.
On exam day
Arrive early so that check-in is unhurried, and bring the identification your programme requires, with a name that matches your registration exactly. Phones, watches and bags are stored outside the testing room.
The proctor checks you in and seats you at your workstation, and the exam runs on screen under continuous supervision. Results are recorded directly with the awarding body, which releases them according to its own timetable.
Prepare with us before you sit
Our CMA Part 1 and Part 2, CFE, and SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP preparation courses are taught in Arabic with English materials, in person in Mazzeh or live online. They follow each programme's published content outline, so you arrive at the centre ready. We prepare candidates for these certifications; the awarding body sets and marks the exam.
Finance and HR teams can book a private programme and then sit their exams at our centre on dates we coordinate with you.
