Overview

About this course

Good decisions depend on knowing what things really cost. This six-day course gives you the tools to measure, analyse and control costs, from cost behaviour and costing methods to break-even and contribution analysis.

You will practise preparing flexible budgets, calculating and explaining variances, and using relevant cost information for decisions such as make-or-buy, special orders and pricing. Worked examples and case studies keep the focus on practical results, so you can give managers clear, reliable information they can act on.
