Overview

About this course

A three-day advanced course on learning from what goes wrong and checking what is working. You will practise responding to an incident, preserving evidence and interviewing witnesses in a fair, blame-free way, then use root cause techniques such as the five whys and causal factor charting to reach the real causes.

The second part covers inspections and audits: designing checklists, gathering evidence, writing findings and making sure corrective actions are closed and effective. A full case study runs through the course, so you leave with a model report, practical tools and an Alalamia certificate.
