Overview

About this course

A four-day course on building and running an occupational health and safety management system based on the principles of ISO 45001. You will see how the standard is structured around Plan, Do, Check, Act and work through each area: context, leadership and worker participation, planning, support, operation, evaluation and improvement.

The course goes beyond theory with gap analysis exercises, a planning workshop and a practice internal audit. You will leave able to support an implementation project or audit an existing system. This is an Alalamia training course with an Alalamia certificate, not a certification of your organisation.
