Adapting Your Leadership Style to Your Team

The best leaders do not treat everyone the same.

2 daysIntermediate6 modules
Overview

About this course

The best leaders do not treat everyone the same. They give each person the right amount of direction and support for the task in hand. This two-day course shows you how to read a team member's competence and commitment and adapt your approach to match.

Through practical exercises and realistic conversations, you will learn to agree goals openly, avoid over-managing or leaving people alone too soon and help each person grow towards independence. You leave with an action plan for your own team and an Alalamia certificate.
