ITIL® 4 Managing Professional

The designation is awarded once you hold ITIL 4 Foundation and pass four modules: Create, Deliver and Support; Drive Stakeholder Value; High-velocity IT; and Direct, Plan and Improve. Each module has its own exam, and preparation works through the module syllabi with practical case studies and mock exams so you can progress steadily towards the full designation.

ITIL 4 exams are delivered by PeopleCert through its own online proctored platform, not at a test centre. We prepare you for the exam and help you book it through PeopleCert's official route.

Renewal and validity

Passing another exam in the ITIL product suite renews all your ITIL certifications and designations for three years, so a further module keeps Managing Professional current; alternatively you can log 20 CPD points a year for three consecutive years through PeopleCert Plus. PeopleCert is phasing ITIL 4 modules out in favour of ITIL (Version 5) and offers a transition route for Managing Professionals, so check its current renewal and transition policy before your renewal date.
