Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro) Exam Preparation
A four-day course that prepares you for the PMD Pro exam and strengthens how you run projects in development and humanitarian settings.
About this course
A four-day course that prepares you for the PMD Pro exam and strengthens how you run projects in development and humanitarian settings. Following the PMD Pro guide, we work through the project life cycle, from identification and design with logical frameworks to set-up, planning, implementation, monitoring and end-of-project transition.
Each phase is linked to realistic NGO scenarios and followed by exam-style questions, with the final session dedicated to practice and review. The course fee covers training and materials; the exam fee is separate and paid to the exam provider. You also receive an Alalamia certificate.
