NGO Management Essentials
A four-day course covering what it takes to run a well-governed, effective non-governmental organisation.
About this course
A four-day course covering what it takes to run a well-governed, effective non-governmental organisation. You will look at how NGOs are structured and governed, how to set a clear mission and theory of change, and how to plan and manage programmes from the first needs assessment to close-out.
We also cover the areas that donors and communities watch most closely: financial controls, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, safeguarding and accountability. Practical exercises use realistic programme scenarios, so you can apply each idea straight away. You leave with an Alalamia certificate.
