دورة مدتها أربعة أيام تُعدّك لاختبار PMD Pro، وتعزّز أسلوبك في إدارة المشاريع في البيئات التنموية والإنسانية. نسير وفق دليل PMD Pro عبر دورة حياة المشروع كاملة، بدءاً من التحديد والتصميم باستخدام الإطار المنطقي، مروراً بالإعداد والتخطيط والتنفيذ والرصد، وصولاً إلى مرحلة الانتقال في ختام المشروع.
يُربط كل محور بسيناريوهات واقعية من عمل المنظمات غير الحكومية، وتتبعه أسئلة على نمط الاختبار، وتُخصَّص الجلسة الأخيرة للتدريب والمراجعة. تشمل رسوم الدورة التدريب والمواد، أما رسوم الاختبار فمنفصلة وتُدفع لجهة الاختبار. وتحصل كذلك على شهادة العالمية.
