Overview

About this course

People follow leaders they trust. This three-day course looks at what it means to lead with integrity, from clarifying your own values to making sound decisions when the right answer is not obvious.

Through discussion, case studies and realistic dilemmas, you will practise a clear decision-making framework, explore why good people sometimes make poor choices and learn how to build a culture where people feel safe to raise concerns. You leave with a personal ethical leadership plan and an Alalamia certificate.
