Overview

About this course

A strategic plan is only valuable if it is grounded in sound analysis and actually carried out. This five-day course takes you through the complete strategic planning cycle, from understanding your environment to monitoring results.

You will use tools such as PESTEL, SWOT and the TOWS matrix, write a clear vision and mission, set strategic goals, prioritise initiatives and plan execution and review with meaningful indicators. A closing workshop lets you build a strategic plan outline for a real or sample organisation and test it with your peers.
