Training & DevelopmentCIET Certified Professional Trainer (CPT)
The CIET Certified Professional Trainer (CPT) recognises all-round mastery of professional training: analysing needs, designing and delivering sessions, engaging adult learners and evaluating results. It sits in CIET's Trainer Pathway and is aimed at practising trainers, learning and development professionals and corporate facilitators who want their expertise formally assessed and recognised internationally.
Candidates complete five CIET modules (Foundations of Training, Training Needs Analysis, Design & Delivery, Assessment & Evaluation and Professional Development) and need 1 to 3 years of training experience. Assessment combines a written examination with a portfolio of real professional work, with an applied project where CIET requires it. As CIET's home in Syria, led by its appointed Country Director, Alalamia checks your eligibility, helps you with the application and guides your preparation through to assessment.
