Training & DevelopmentCIET Certified Learning & Development Strategist (CLDS)
The CIET Certified Learning & Development Strategist (CLDS) recognises the ability to plan and lead an organisation's learning strategy, linking programmes to needs and to measurable performance. It sits in CIET's Trainer Pathway and is aimed at practising trainers, learning and development professionals and corporate facilitators who want their expertise formally assessed and recognised internationally.
Candidates complete five CIET modules (Foundations of L&D Strategy, Learning Needs Analysis, Program Design & Implementation, Evaluation & Performance Metrics and Leadership) and need 3 to 5 years of experience, including mentoring or project leadership. Assessment combines a written examination with a portfolio of real professional work, with an applied project where CIET requires it. As CIET's home in Syria, led by its appointed Country Director, Alalamia checks your eligibility, helps you with the application and guides your preparation through to assessment.
