Supply Chain Management Fundamentals
A supply chain is only as strong as the links between its parts.
About this course
A supply chain is only as strong as the links between its parts. This five-day course gives you a clear, end-to-end view of how goods, information and money flow from suppliers to customers, and how each decision affects cost, service and risk.
You will work through the core stages of planning, sourcing, making and delivering, learn how inventory and demand variability shape performance, and practise using simple KPIs to spot problems early. The course closes with risk and resilience, a vital topic for organisations operating in uncertain markets.
