Handling Complaints and Difficult Customers
Every complaint is a chance to win a customer back.
About this course
Every complaint is a chance to win a customer back. This two-day course shows you how to stay calm, listen properly and turn an unhappy customer into a loyal one, even when emotions are running high.
Through role plays and real workplace scenarios, you will practise active listening, empathy and de-escalation techniques, and follow a clear service recovery process from the first apology to the final follow-up. You will also learn how to respond well by phone, face to face and in writing, and how to look after yourself after a difficult interaction.
