The Certified Supervisor (CS) from the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM) recognises the practical skills of people who lead a team day to day: planning and organising work, communicating clearly, motivating staff and handling performance and conflict fairly. It suits new and aspiring supervisors, team leaders and specialists who have recently taken on responsibility for others.
Our preparation course works through the CS body of knowledge with workplace scenarios, short exercises and practice questions, so you build habits you can use with your own team as well as the confidence to sit the exam. It also makes a natural first step towards ICPM's Certified Manager (CM).

Where do you sit the exam? Online exam
ICPM exams are taken online through ICPM's proctoring service, or with an in-person proctor approved by ICPM in advance. We prepare you and help you arrange the exam.

ICPM sets the rules for keeping its credentials current, and these can include continuing education or a recertification period. Check the awarding body's current renewal policy when you pass, because requirements change, and keep a record of the learning you complete after certification.
