Curriculum

- Establish a live connection to data and create a data source
- Work with the Data Source tab
- Use the Data Interpreter to clean some data problems
- Use tools in Tableau to clean and restructure data to correct common problems
- Work with the Data Pane to select and manage a data source
- Work with data types and default properties
- Understand dimensions and measures, discrete and continuous fields, and date fields
- Create folders and hierarchies to organize the fields in the data pane
- Save a data source locally and publish a data source to Tableau Server/Tableau Online
