Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB)

About this course

Support improvement projects as a Yellow Belt. Over two days you will learn Lean and Six Sigma fundamentals, map processes, apply Y = f(x) and basic statistics through each DMAIC phase and learn how to contribute to projects, then sit the certification exam.
