English for IT Professionals
Speak and write about technology as clearly as you work with it.
About this course
Speak and write about technology as clearly as you work with it. Over five days you will build the vocabulary IT teams rely on and practise explaining systems, faults and solutions to colleagues, users and managers.
Realistic tasks cover support calls and tickets, technical documentation, incident reports, stand-ups and vendor meetings, ending with a short technical presentation. You leave able to communicate with less jargon, more precision and greater confidence, together with an Alalamia certificate.
