The Certified Manager (CM) credential from the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM) recognises the core competencies of effective management: planning, organising, leading and controlling work and people. It suits new and experienced managers, supervisors moving into management and specialists who now lead teams and want a recognised, practical management qualification.
Candidates meet ICPM's eligibility requirements, which combine education and management experience, and then pass the CM exam. Our preparation course follows the CM body of knowledge with examples from real workplaces, so you strengthen your day-to-day management while you prepare, and finishes with practice questions in the style of the exam.
