ICDL Workforce
ICDL Workforce is an internationally recognised standard of everyday digital skills for the workplace. It shows that you can use a computer confidently, work with documents, spreadsheets and presentations, manage files, use the internet and email safely, and collaborate online. It suits new graduates, administrative and office staff, and anyone who wants clear proof of practical computer skills for a job application or a promotion.
The certification is modular: you sit a short, practical test for each module, and modules can be combined into a certificate profile that matches your role. Our preparation course covers the core modules step by step on real tasks, with plenty of hands-on practice and mock tests so you know exactly what each module test asks of you.

ICDL tests are taken at ICDL Accredited Test Centres licensed by the ICDL Foundation's national operator. We prepare you for the modules and help you register through the official route.

Renewal and validity
The ICDL Foundation does not normally set an expiry date on module certificates, so your results stay on record once you pass. Software changes, though, and some employers prefer recent results or updated modules. Check the awarding body's current renewal policy, as arrangements can differ by country.
