The Professional in Human Resources International (PHRi) from HRCI recognises HR professionals who handle the operational side of HR outside the United States. It is designed around generally accepted HR practice rather than any single country's employment law.
HRCI asks for professional HR experience before you sit the exam, with the amount depending on your education, so check your eligibility first. Our preparation course covers HR operations, recruitment, learning and performance, reward and employee relations through scenario questions and timed practice.
