CompTIA Project+ confirms that you can manage small and medium projects from start to finish: defining scope, planning schedules and resources, managing risk and communication, and applying both traditional and agile approaches. It suits project coordinators, team leads and IT staff who run projects as part of their role.
The certification requires one exam, PK0-005, and has no formal prerequisites, making it a practical step before CAPM or PMP. Our Project+ course works through the project lifecycle with real-world scenarios and practice questions that build exam readiness.

Project+ has moved from a lifetime credential into CompTIA's continuing education (CE) programme: within each three-year cycle you earn 30 continuing education units and pay the CE fee for the cycle, or you renew in one step, for example by passing a newer version of the exam. Check CompTIA's current renewal policy for the version you hold, because requirements change.
