Cisco CCNP Collaboration
Cisco CCNP Collaboration validates your ability to deploy, manage and troubleshoot enterprise collaboration solutions: voice and video infrastructure, call control, conferencing, collaboration applications and edge services. It is held by collaboration engineers, voice and video specialists and unified communications administrators.
You earn it by passing the core exam 350-801 CLCOR plus one concentration exam of your choice, and most candidates bring several years of experience with collaboration systems. Our CLCOR course prepares you for the core exam, CLACCM and CLCEI build depth in call control and in cloud and edge services, and CLICA and CLCNF round out your applications and conferencing skills, all with hands-on labs. Cisco refreshes the concentration options from time to time, so confirm the current list before you book.

During the three years you need 80 continuing education (CE) credits, earned from eligible training and events or from passing exams: a core exam counts for 80 credits and a concentration exam for 40, and you can mix both sources. Check Cisco's current recertification policy before your expiry date, because requirements change.
