Training & DevelopmentCIET Certified Training Program Evaluator (CTPE)
The CIET Certified Training Program Evaluator (CTPE) recognises expertise in measuring whether training works, from collecting and analysing data to reporting impact and driving improvement. It sits in CIET's Trainer Pathway and is aimed at practising trainers, learning and development professionals and corporate facilitators who want their expertise formally assessed and recognised internationally.
Candidates complete five CIET modules (Foundations of Evaluation, Data Collection & Analysis, Reporting, Advanced Evaluation Techniques and Continuous Improvement) and need 1 to 3 years of training experience. Assessment combines a written examination with a portfolio of real professional work, with an applied project where CIET requires it. As CIET's home in Syria, led by its appointed Country Director, Alalamia checks your eligibility, helps you with the application and guides your preparation through to assessment.
