Training & DevelopmentCIET Certified Professional Mentorship Leader for Trainers (CPML-T)
The CIET Certified Professional Mentorship Leader for Trainers (CPML-T) recognises the mentoring, coaching and leadership skills trainers need to develop others and build lasting mentoring models. It sits in CIET's Trainer Pathway and is aimed at practising trainers, learning and development professionals and corporate facilitators who want their expertise formally assessed and recognised internationally.
Candidates complete five CIET modules (Foundations of Mentorship, Coaching & Development, Leadership & Influence, Monitoring & Evaluation and Sustainable Mentorship Models) and need 3 to 5 years of experience, including mentoring or project leadership. Assessment combines a written examination with a portfolio of real professional work, with an applied project where CIET requires it. As CIET's home in Syria, led by its appointed Country Director, Alalamia checks your eligibility, helps you with the application and guides your preparation through to assessment.
