Overview

About this course

Lead cybersecurity as a business risk, not just a technical one. Over four days of executive sessions you will set governance and risk appetite, evaluate cyber risk scenarios by business impact, estimate financial exposure and decide where security investment does the most good.

Workshops cover third-party and supply chain risk, metrics, and board and regulator reporting, and a crisis simulation tests your decisions under pressure. No technical specialism is needed, and the course prepares you for the RCCRE credential.
