Overview

About this course

Good video starts long before editing. In four practical days you will learn how to set up a camera for video, frame each shot with purpose, light a scene so people look their best and record sound that viewers can actually hear.

You will practise with cameras and smartphones, plan a short shoot from shot list to final take and learn how to organise footage so the edit runs smoothly. It is an ideal first step for anyone who films for work.
