Overview

About this course

Develop a structured, evidence-based way of analysing risk. Over five days you will review the main categories of risk, follow a clear process for identifying and assessing them, and use basic quantitative and financial techniques to measure exposure.

You will then practise recommending proportionate responses and controls, and turning your analysis into reports that management and the board can act on. A case study and review prepare you for the CRA assessment.
