Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator
The Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator proves that you can create, configure and manage production clusters on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, from users, permissions and networking to storage, security and application deployment. Red Hat now presents it as Red Hat Certified System Administrator in OpenShift.
The credential is earned through the hands-on exam EX280, and it is a step towards Red Hat Certified Engineer in OpenShift. Candidates are typically platform, infrastructure or site reliability engineers, and our OpenShift Administration I and II courses (DO180 and DO280) build the skills step by step with labs that match the exam's practical, task-based style.

Renewal and validity
Red Hat certifications stay current for three years from the date earned, and Red Hat's updated renewal paths let you renew your certifications by passing the exam for your highest-level certification again, earning another certification at the same level, or advancing to a higher level. Red Hat has been reorganising its certification tracks, so check its current renewal policy before your three years are up, because requirements change.
