PCET: Certified Entry-Level Tester with Python
PCET: Certified Entry-Level Tester with Python from the Python Institute shows that you understand the principles of software testing and can write basic automated tests in Python. It covers why and how software is tested, the main levels and types of testing, writing clear test cases and using Python's testing tools to check that code behaves as intended.
There are no formal prerequisites, though basic Python helps, and you sit a single multiple-choice exam online. Our preparation course combines testing theory with hands-on practice writing and running tests on real code, then works through practice questions in the exam style.
