Renewal and validity
The renewal assessment is shorter than DP-420, unproctored and open book, and concentrates on recent Azure Cosmos DB updates; each pass adds one year to your certification. If it expires, you will need to pass DP-420 again, so check Microsoft's current renewal policy on Microsoft Learn.
