The Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI is aimed at experienced HR leaders who shape policy and strategy rather than only carry it out. It recognises your ability to link people decisions to business results, plan the workforce, lead change and take accountability for the HR function as a whole.
To be eligible you need several years of professional HR experience, with the exact amount depending on your level of education, and you then pass a single multiple-choice exam. Our preparation course covers each area of the HRCI exam outline through case discussion and scenario questions drawn from senior HR practice, then rehearses the exam format so you sit it with a clear plan.

HRCI exams are delivered through Pearson VUE at our Authorised Test Centre in Mazzeh. We confirm the exact exam and version with you before you book.

Over each three-year cycle you report 60 recertification credits from learning, work projects and professional activity, a set number of which must be business credits for the SPHR, and pay the recertification fee.
