The Certified Human Resources Analyst (CHRA) from GAFM recognises HR professionals who use data to guide people decisions and to show the value HR brings to business results. It suits HR analysts, practitioners at every level, policy writers, employee relations staff and HR consultants.
Candidates are expected to hold a university degree and at least two years of relevant experience. Our preparation course covers HR metrics, dashboards, talent and workforce analytics and the link to strategy, using an applied case study to bring the material together.
