CompTIA Linux+
CompTIA Linux+ validates the skills to configure, manage, secure and troubleshoot Linux systems, from the command line and system services to scripting, automation and containers. It is held by Linux administrators, DevOps engineers and support staff who keep servers running in data centres and the cloud.
The certification requires one exam, XK0-006, and candidates usually bring around a year of hands-on Linux experience. Our Linux+ course is built on practical labs at the command line, with practice questions for every domain, and prepares you to continue towards Cloud+ or CySA+.

Renewal and validity
Linux+ is part of CompTIA's continuing education (CE) programme: within each three-year cycle you earn 50 continuing education units and pay the CE fee for the cycle, or you renew in one step, for example by passing a newer version of the exam. Check CompTIA's current renewal policy before your cycle ends, because requirements change.
Let's plan your next step together.
Tell us the course or certification you have in mind and we'll send the outline, upcoming dates, fees and private-team options.
