CompTIA CySA+ proves that you can detect, analyse and respond to cyber threats: running security operations and monitoring, managing vulnerabilities, and leading incident response and reporting. It is held by security analysts, threat hunters and security operations centre staff on the defensive side of cybersecurity.
The certification requires one exam, CS0-004, and candidates typically bring several years of hands-on security experience, often with Security+ already in hand. Our CySA+ course works through realistic analysis scenarios with labs in log review, threat intelligence and vulnerability management, plus practice questions that build exam readiness.

CySA+ is part of CompTIA's continuing education (CE) programme: within each three-year cycle you earn 60 continuing education units and pay the CE fee for the cycle, or you renew in one step by passing a newer version of the exam or earning a qualifying higher-level certification such as SecurityX. Check CompTIA's current renewal policy before your cycle ends, because requirements change.
